Practical and stylish, 26 mm pull-ring aluminum caps offer outstanding user-friendliness: to open the bottle just tug the ergonomically shaped ring. Designed for traditional glass (and PET or aluminum) bottles, both cap and liner are made of organoleptically neutral materials that are highly suitable for beer, soft and energy drinks.
Maximum sealing performance and airtightness prevent contact with potential oxidants, thus ensuring product quality. There is also plenty of scope for color/decoration customization of both tab and cap.
Ultra-modern one-step closure manufacturing technology - from cap to liner and application of the practical ergonomic-grip tab - has made this solution highly appealing to producers: a solution that is becoming ever-more popular on account of widely acknowledged practicality for end users and multiple, all-new coloring/decoration opportunities, far greater than those available with traditional closures.
Again, this cap type - highly suitable for marketing actions such as promotions, competitions etc. - can be made with fully PVC-free liners and different oxygen barrier ratings according to the specific product to be bottled. Maximum pressure seal performance and airtightness make it an excellent solution for beer, CSDs and still drinks.

This SUNTEST XLS+ is used to check for property changes of materials and products caused by sunlight, temperature and moisture in a short period of time. Italy SACMI PVS Bottle Inspector

It is possible to meet the needs of PET preform manufacturers for continuous and reliable quality control during the production process. Bottles can be inspected by sampling and then returned to the production process if required. The system has a high confidence pitch and allows continuous quality checks during production. Inspection speeds of up to 1100 blanks/hour can be achieved. Product changeover is quick and easy, as the operator can set different parameters such as diameter, length and color without any tools.

Italy SACMI X-RAY Inspector

Performs high-precision inspection of transparent PET preforms, including the top-seal, the bottom, the body and the thread area. The inspection includes identification of colour defects, diameter and wall thickness measurements, perpendicularity, weight and colour. This SACMI X-RAY Inspector can read the number of cavities moulded in the neck of the preform to produce statistics based on this number. This new version of the machine introduces the patented inspection module that applies innovative Artificial Intelligence tools to the inspection with Polarised Light. Thanks to an extremely fast and guided format change, the operator will be able to switch from one preform to another with different diameters, lengths and colours in a few simple steps, without the use of tools.

This Sacmi Quality Control Vision System For Plastic Screw Caps
in its different versions, allows precise inspection of plastic caps and their components. Configurable with up to 7 cameras and with speeds up to 270,000 caps per hour, it can inspect all functional and visible parts of the cap, perform indicative measurement of diameters and heights, inspect the decoration and the side wall, including the breakage of the tamper-evident band. It is also able to read the number of cavities moulded inside the cap to make statistics of defects by number of cavities or discard all caps whose number is included in a list.
